Brannon has been an excellent partner in selling our house. What seemed like an insurmountable pile of boxes and furniture ended up being quickly moved, cleared, and house renovated. I was amazed at how efficient the process was with his guidance. Would highly recommend him if you are needing to sell your property as he is very familiar with the market in the Grand Strand and knows how to get things done.

Don't believe there are words to describe...

Don't believe there are words to describe Ashley once she is locked in. I didnt have to sell my home and most likely would have given up with anyone else. The amount of trials was crazy and I'll just mention the worst one. (Solar Panels). She never gave up and said I got this, relax. Glad I listend because I was happy about the sale and the new home she found for me. Ashley is amazing and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you again Ashley for all your hard work and dedication.
