As a first time homebuyer with my family out of state - Reba took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of my questions. The entire time she treated me like family and went out of her way to treat me like family. She got me into an amazing house that was within my budget in no time at all.

Reba did everything she said she would do for us! Our house sold in 3 days! We have sold several houses in the past, this definitely the smoothest transaction of all! Definitely would use her again and recommend her to family and friends!

Gina was great from our first meeting. She brought the necessary figures to determine what price we needed to list our home. Gina was right there with us getting the house ready for listing and getting us boxes so we could get packing. A real hands on realtor. She even took care of Fat Cat after we left. Fat Cat was scared about all the moving and movers, she ran and hid. Gina found her in the empty house and kept her until we returned to finish up so details. Great realtor, friend, and neighbor.

She is the most helpful agent , I have ever work with, she has a lot of patience, knowledge of the market, and is well connected with the vendors we needed to complete the home renovations. This will not be the first deal we will do with her , my family and I were pleased with our profit after expenses. She will definitely assist me in other investments and real estate venture. Gina thank you for all your help! We love you Gina

Gina is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, resourceful, endless, patience, and incredible generous with her time,( including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several weeks). She answered every question and explain every detail, and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. She put us in touch with a wonderful lending company and was able to give us contact information for other trusted vendors we may need to engage. We highly recommend her and will be engaging her services in the future.
