We came into contact with Shawn the week before Christmas of 21 and by the end of January 2022 Shawn had found us our perfect home and walked us through the process of buying our first home. Shawn showed off his expertise throughout the experience teaching us what to look for and giving advise while working with lenders to close on our home. Cyndi's knowledge of the process is impeccable. And that doesn't just include the actual buying and selling process, but her knowledge of the inspection process and with what to do and repair for the house presentation saves both time and money. I can understand why some people would get a bit overwhelmed by the process, but her knowledge and the ability to convey this in an understandable way certainly made the process much better. Personality and professionalism is what sets her apart as well.
