And that doesn't just include the actual buying and selling process, but her knowledge of the inspection process and with what to do and repair for the house presentation saves both time and money. I can understand why some people would get a bit overwhelmed by the process, but her knowledge and the ability to convey this in an understandable way certainly made the process much better.
