Dicky lived up to his reputation as a professional realtor who is knowledgable about the market. What really stood out, however, was his willingness to take on the job of digging into and straightening out some unusual problems related to this old house. He was patient and able to explain to me what needed to be done in terms I could understand. Taking this on would have been a nightmare for me, if possible at all.

We had such an amazing experience selling our home with Rita & Lori! We were on a timeline having to sell our home. They made this stressful time selling our home and an overseas move so much easier. From listing photos, handyman contacts, staging to listing description, marketing, hosting open houses and finally negotiating offers Rita and Lori will make sure they got you all covered!! I would recommend them to anybody in the greater Charleston area. Whether you’re selling or buying you can’t go wrong with their expertise and knowledge in the business!

Tori was the best realtor, she kept us up to date every step of the process and was extremely helpful. Any question we had was answered promptly and she made the home buying process as easy as it could be!
