Ellen made our land search so much fun. We gave her our list of must haves and she worked diligently to make things happen. There wasn't any place she wasn't willing to travel. She educated us on the market price for an acre of land, discussed flood zones, as that was a big concern for me, and enlightened "me" on the different types of septic tanks. Who knew that was even in her wheelhouse? At the end of our day, she provided phone numbers to the building inspection department for whichever county we were in. I thought that was a nice touch, as I had a few questions about building. Our overall experience with Ellen, was wonderful. She was always happy, bubbly and ready to work.
