We have used Kerry twice now. Once when we moved here and purchased our home, and with our current sale. She has been excellent to work with. Great communication and really knows the business. We needed to list our house ASAP to prepare for purchasing the perfect home that came available last minute. Kerry immediately stepped in and gave us a run down to do list to get the ball rolling. In our neighborhood there were houses sitting for almost a year. We took her advice, listed competitively, and got an offer within a week! Along the way she was able to answer all questions, provide guidance and advice, and she does in fact know a guy (or gal!) for everything. 10/10 would recommend using her for all your realty needs.

I was referred to Ken by my fiancé. I must say that he is THE BEST!! He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He will give his honest opinion when it comes to making your final decision. He also has your best interest at heart. I give him a 5 out of 5 rating. I definitely will be use him later when we purchase our dream home.
