My wife and I contacted John about a new construction home in the Charleston area. Over the eight months it took to build the house, John provided us with updates and videos every week (since we were out of town), and he made the whole experience a pleasure. He goes the extra mile every time for his clients, and we are so glad that we worked with him and got to know him.

John was very knowledgable of the areas in Charleston that I was interesed in and provided feedback on each home that I wanted to visit. All during the search, John provided me with available listings that aided my search. John also was very helpful navigating the hot Charleston market and when I was ready to make an offer, he got right on it, even though it was in the evening.
