Jana and her group were wonderful to work with. My husband and I wanted to downsize and had not sold or bought a property for 21 years. Jana was extremely thorough in explaining the process, answering our questions and letting us know what to expect. We also worked with Karen during this process. Selling and buying at the same time was very stressful for two senior citizens but Jana and Karen stayed on top of things and got us through it. The house we were selling sold in 8 days. It also helped that both women were very easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend Jana Bantz and Associates for their knowledge, professionalism and personalities.

This is the second time we have used Ute for purchasing a home for our family in South Carolina. She is the Best Agent in town. Always ready for anything and everything! Never failing to take care of whatever is needed and always following up on everything. Even after the closing she is STILL there for you! WE LOVE UTE!!!!
