Julie was super responsive! I loved that I could text her and she would get back to me as soon as she had the availability. She would even ask to call if something took more discussion details. She loved sharing anecdotes with me and my family as we toured almost the entire town! She was sincere and caring about me and my life as well which made it feel like I was touring homes with a friend. She had no fear in negotiating the hard stuff with you and for you! And committing to what looked best for your interest. She was honest with what I was proposing and gave great insight when putting in offers. She is above and beyond!

I had an amazing experience working with Julie. As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous about the process, but she made everything feel easy, comfortable, and stress free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and always took the time to explain each step clearly. I truly felt supported from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with my first home. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor.

Julie was extremely knowledgeable of the market and listings. As someone moving from across the country I had full trust and faith in Julie to find me a house and complete the deal. Julie was not only professional but also kind!! I could not of bought my house without her. I am so grateful I found her.
