He was warm, genuine, very knowledgeable, super responsive, professional, and helped us investigate each home. Our biggest concern with buying around here was moisture. He had a handy dandy little moisture meter that helped us determine what to be concerned about and what not to. Overall, I felt confident asking him his opinion. He wasn't salesy and pushy. He also, I would say, was queer friendly as he didn't treat my wife and I any different than I would imagine he would treat at hetero couple. That meant a lot to us.
