Wow, i seriously couldn't have been more...
Wow, i seriously couldn't have been more impressed. My wife and I purchased our first home this year and Jay helped. He was warm, genuine, very knowledgeable, super responsive, professional, and helped us investigate each home. Our biggest concern with buying around here was moisture. He had a handy dandy little moisture meter that helped us determine what to be concerned about and what not to. Overall, I felt confident asking him his opinion. He wasn't salesy and pushy. He also, I would say, was queer friendly as he didn't treat my wife and I any different than I would imagine he would treat at hetero couple. That meant a lot to us. I would recommend Jay to anyone looking to buy real estate around here. No question.
