I came to South Carolina looking for a non-HOA ranch-style home during the heat of the housing market hype. Previously, I have worked with two other agents in different states to purchase homes. I truly felt represented. Nicole understands the market dynamics, is very personable & approachable, and will go above and beyond -- she even made a hand drawn portrait of my home as a closing gift.
