Best home buying experience I've had!

I came to South Carolina looking for a non-HOA ranch-style home during the heat of the housing market hype. Previously, I have worked with two other agents in different states to purchase homes. To the say the least, the previous experiences haven't been the best. With Nicole, I felt like all of my needs and concerns were addressed ahead of time, which is something rare to come across with agents, in general. Despite Nicole having such a hectic schedule during this time, we were able to stay on top of every process, every document, and even score a great deal on the price of the home. I truly felt represented. Nicole understands the market dynamics, is very personable & approachable, and will go above and beyond -- she even made a hand drawn portrait of my home as a closing gift. She's hard working and a wonderful agent to partner with. Recommend 10/10!!
