Nicole Clyncke knows what she’s doing. She’s knowledgeable about the area where the house is going up for sale because she does her research. She shared information regarding what comparable houses recently sold for, and she knows what buyers are looking for. I followed her suggestions and directions to prep, stage, and show the house. Tyler was great in every possible way! His advice and assistance made this process (I've never sold a home before) one of the easiest things I've ever done.
