We first got in touch with him when we requested a last-minute showing the night before Thanksgiving. At the time we were looking at a pretty inexpensive house for the area, around $400k, and weren't even sure we were ready to commit to an agent yet. One piece of advice from him that stuck with us was to focus on things you can't change, like location, lot characteristics, or house orientation, and worry less about things you can change, like paint colors or cabinets. That ended up being a really useful framework throughout our search. We moved into our new home about two weeks ago and absolutely love it so far.
