This is the 2nd time we have listed and sold a house with Alex. He was so helpful in getting our rental up to date and ready to put on the market. He had excellent recommendations as to what would help sell the home and even contractors that he has used and trusted. As with our previous sale, the house sold quickly and for over asking price. Alex is very attentive and responsive to his clients and we always felt very confident in his abilities to get our property sold quickly and for the best price.

As first time home buyers, Alex was always available for us and our millions of questions day and night! He responded to any texts or calls within seconds now matter what and helped us every step along the way. He not only knew his stuff, but helped us out with home buying advice and his Real Estate knowledge to close on an AMAZING first home. We couldn't be happier with Alex and his help with our first home!
