She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling a home in this market is challenging, but working with Danielle made it as painless and straightforward as possible. And don’t get me wrong, I got a little crazy at times. My father passed away during the inspections and repairs and she stepped in and went above and beyond to help me during this difficult time. I truly can’t express how amazing she is. I was out of the country for nearly the entire process of showing and negotiating. Anne happily took on many tasks that otherwise would have fallen to me: coordinating work on the hot water heater, the chimney, the water meter, and repairs inside and outside the house, plus the sale when my belongings were cleared out. Not to mention checking my mailbox and ensuring that anything important got to me, plus dealing with the municipality on some permits. All done as if it was totally routine. This was concierge-level service! Five stars defined as "excellent"? - no, I would say superb.
