Throughout my life, I have purchased seven homes and sold six. Todd worked with me, recognizing our "lanes." When the lanes converged, we discussed our options and selected a plan. We made some lucky decisions and others not so lucky, but we always stayed a team. The closing took place in January, and the selling price exceeded my expectations.
