She knew when it made sense to push back on the sellers and was willing to do it. She negotiated on my behalf at multiple points, including after the inspection, and ultimately saved me a significant amount of money. As a first time buyer, having someone who knew what was reasonable to ask for, when to ask for it, and how to advocate for me was incredibly valuable. She was also incredibly communicative and proactive. When paperwork outside of our control started delaying my closing, she stayed on top of it and made sure I got answers as quickly as possible. She even called the HOA and helped keep things moving while she was on vacation because I was at a critical point in the process, which I appreciated more than I can say. Angela was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, honest, and truly fantastic from beginning to end. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, and having someone I trusted completely in my corner made such a difference. I could not recommend her more highly.
