Did two deals with Maureen. Both executed flawlessly. She knows the market and she knows how to negotiate. Follow her advice when you ready your house for showings and it will sell quickly (with multiple offers in this market). I hope I don’t have to move again but she will be the first person we call if we do. Highly recommend.
