This is our second time asking Jennifer to help us buy a home. She really listened to find out what we were looking for, pointed out the shortcomings in properties that were deal breakers, was never pushy about a sale, and went out of her way to make sure everything closed on time. She was very responsive and available. 10/10 recommend her and will be calling her again if we have any real estate needs.

Jennifer was very professional and did a great job helping us find and purchase a home from halfway across the country. Her home tours via FaceTime were great and she was able to add things that she saw (or smelled) that we would not have been able to pick up on otherwise via video.

Our property was older and was a bit of a fixer upper which was challenging as we worked through the process, but Kirk was steadfast and very level headed all the way through to the end. He had some contractors that were available to do the work with very short notice .. which was a blessing as I did not know where to even start looking. I would highly recommend Kirk and the Wichita Home Team and they will be at the top of my list for any future real estate needs. We are so happy in selecting Kirk as our realtor. Everything they did from the advertising and photography to making suggestions and giving advice in getting past roadblocks in the negotiation process was all top notch. We couldn't be happier with Kirk and the Wichita Home team.
