I’ve sold several homes in my life, but I’ve never had a realtor go above and beyond quite like Kirk Short did. As anyone who’s been through the process knows, unexpected issues can arise after home inspections. These last-minute tasks often leave you feeling overwhelmed, just wanting to get through the selling process and move on. We faced one of those situations. Just two weeks before closing, we discovered that our lagoon needed to be rebuilt and a tank installed. Kirk immediately reassured us that he would handle everything. Sure enough, a few days later, a truck arrived, and the work began. However, we soon realized that a required fence wasn’t included in the bid. A fence contractor who came to quote the job gave us a price that seemed unreasonable. We were unsure of what to do next, but Kirk didn’t hesitate. He offered to install the fence himself. Yes, you read that right—our realtor offered to do it himself. On a sweltering Saturday afternoon, in 102-degree heat, Kirk showed up with a power driver and by the end of the day, 95% of that fence was up. This is just one example of the many ways Kirk went the extra mile for us. If you’re looking for a realtor who is truly committed to his clients and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, I highly recommend Kirk Short at Wichita Home Team.

Home buying is not an east process. It requires quite a bit of patience and time. Evlin, the agent I was working with, did a great job listening to what we were looking for. She helped find me a great home and I was satisfied with job this team did.
