John and his team were awesome to work with! This was our first home purchase, so we had no idea what we were doing, or what to expect. John and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, put our minds at ease and patiently walked us through every step. We are so appreciative of all John has done for us, and would highly recommend choosing him as your realtor! You will not be disappointed.

We cannot say enough good things about John. We had only a short period of time to find what we wanted, and this was in the middle of a Minnesota winter! John took us to every house we had picked out, in freezing weather. We would refer John Wichmann and his team in a minute. Seriously, they are the best. We’ve since had to sell that house and move to warmer weather. They sold our house and did that with style too. It was on the market for a very short time. They really know their business. Recommend 5 stars.

John and his team were very knowledgeable from giving me professional staging advice to professional photography. when I had questions, he or anyone in his office were always pleasant to work with.
