I found David to be very personable upon meeting him. He was familiar with our neighborhood as his own home is very near our property. He was always willing with advice on who to call to fix various problems and would oversee work as I couldn't always be in town. David is a very good person and a great realtor. He is also honest and trustworthy, and fun also.

We recently worked with Kaelin to sell our house in the Santa Cruz mountains. Kaelin was great to work with through the entire process. She is knowledgeable, smart, kind, and is one of the most 'on top of thing' person I have ever met. She took care of our every need and was there every time we needed anything. I could not recommend her more highly, I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
