She communicatd with the HOA, obtaining approvals as required and nudging them when necessary. She put in countless hours doing everything possible to sell my unit and in the and achieved an outstanding result in tough circumstances. When potential buyers had unreasonable requests, she successfully pushed back. She encouraged me to hold out for better offers and to counter as appropriate and her strategy worked very well.
