My mother died and we decided to sell her house. It was move-in ready so worked with an agent and it was put on the market and we received almost NO inquiries after more than 3 months, let alone any offers. We then signed with Andy on Aug 17th. He seemed so truly knowledgeable about the market in the area and he hit the ground running, lining up several showings within the first week. The home sold on the 10th day of its listing with Andy, above the asking price. We changed nothing about the house, we simply changed realters. . After we accepted the offer, Andy was right there walking us thru the next phases and getting everything done for us. He was amazing. The whole process could not have gone any better. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was communicative, helpful, and made the selling process easy. We are grateful to him and would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
