I highly recommend Gilbert Navarro for all of your real estate needs. My husband and I went through the home-selling and home-buying process simultaneously with Gilbert. Both transactions worked out flawlessly. Gilbert is professional, honest, dependable and approachable. He consistently had our best interest in mind and was available for any and all questions. He met all of our expectations. He is an amazing realtor! As a sellers agent: -He had a professional photographer come out and did an amazing job marketing our home. - Managed the scheduling of all viewing appointments - Managed the 16 offers we received and sold our home in 3 days! - He helped us get thousands over asking price. As a buyers agent: - We opted to buy new construction. He helped us negotiate with the builder and consistently communicated with the lender on our behalf. - He represented us through the process and gave us a beautiful housewarming gift. He is amazing. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
