We wanted a large lot in Moreno Valley only north of the freeway and east of Perris, with no HOA, large open floor plan, plenty of parking and storage, and turnkey ready. He showed us three houses and we bought the 3nd one we saw. All three fit what were were looking for due to his attention to detail and thoroughness. He was up to date on the market and presented us with in depth information on each house when showing it. He went above and beyond coordinating with our loan officer, the seller’s agent, and the escrow company. We were updated with each step of the process and everything was explained to our satisfaction. It was by far the easiest home buying experience we’ve ever had.
