"As the president of the corporation, I buy & sell, lease & manage and develop Residential, Industrial, Commercial and Vacant Land. Jeannette Grismer is a valuable resource -- a Broker who is experienced, knowledgeable and current across this spectrum. Jeannette Grismer's experience isn't just in the buying and selling. She navigates through and around City & County red tape! Jeannette brought this piece of residential land to me for purchase because no one would buy it due to problems with its two wells. She got me an on-site meeting with the man who drilled both wells in the mid-70's! After that meeting, I bought the property. After purchase, in just half a day, the well was producing over twice the needed volume of clean water we needed. Jeannette is a problem solver! Jeannette Grismer brought us this great purchase, helped us expedite the entitlements, and then brought us the right buyer."

Jim is the best! He is friendly and honest, has open communication, and he’s on top of paperwork or whatever needs to be completed. He has sold two houses for me in two years, and both experiences were outstanding! Both houses had multiple offers, and I received more than listing price. Although Jim’s office was an hour away, it did not affect anything. He’s your guy!!!😀
