Lisa is very honest and will tell you the truth. She represented me and the seller when I purchased my duplex. She made me aware of things and advised me to be cautious of certain things when investing in this duplex. She also represented her sellers well and communicated and got things done to keep the deal moving. She and her team are always on top of it. A couple years later, I decided to sell the duplex and I had Lisa represent me again. Same managing experience and this time we had several offers that we accepted but they were not following through and she advised me to back out as it was not a solid deal and she has reservations about the buyers ability to close.
