He was integral in every way in the sale of the house, from advising us on which improvements and touch-ups we should do to prepare the house for sale to marketing the house and, finally, to assisting in all of the details and paperwork to finalize the sale. He was always available to talk with us and we felt his advice was sound and helpful. On top of being a wonderful agent, he's also a genuinely nice person with a wonderful sense of humor.
