Joann is old school...shes not afraid to work hard and gets to know all your wants and needs.....Shes a smooth operater...like a fine wine...she knows all the ins and outs of buying and selling and really works harder than anyone i have ever known to get you what you want whether you are buying or selling.... She stays positive, she never complains and is always there to answer her phone 24/7... That's rare! .....She a true professional ...stays calm when your flipping out and what i really admire about her is that she listens to all your concerns....she really listens....She simply is Super at what she does, all while being kind,respectful, and down to earth. She went out of her way when i was moving from Maine to R.I. 21 years ago... And spent the entire day driving me around from house to house until i found the perfect place.... I couldn't believe how determined she was to help me find a house with an inlaw apt.....She was just what i needed to make that huge move and made me feel confident and comfortable and ultimately made that transaction effortless... Her positive attitude is also one of her many attributes and ... always, always professional...well dressed.. and has a beautiful smile and honest face. Fast forward 21 years....I remembered JoAnn when i decided to sell the house this Aug.2020 she sold me so long ago..... i found her old biz card and called...and was so happy to find that she still working!..I didnt even hesitate to sign with her or call any other realtor....It was that simple...end if story.... She sold my house that she helped me buy 21 years ago in 6 days...6 days!!! I will always be grateful to her for all her hard work, help and advice and making the experience a positive one to remember.
