At this time we were in the process of building our new home which had several delays. From the beginning Lori was responsive and extremely helpful even knowing selling may be a few months out. We finally got to the point to list our house, this was our first time ever selling a home. Lori and Caron made the entire process so easy, quick and enjoyable. They were always responsive and took extra time to answer all our questions and get to really know us through the entire process. They spent countless hours meeting with us, answering all our questions, staging and showing our house and working with other agents on the multiple offers we received after the first weekend of showings. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better realtor and experience. To top off all of their hard work and dedication through the selling process, after the move they brought us the sweetest/ most personalized house warming gift for us and our 2 little girls. Kristie was a tremendous help to me with the purchase of my new home and the sale of my condominium. Her advice was very helpful and created a fair offer that was accepted on the first attempt! The sale price she picked for my condominium was competitive and (as she predicted correctly) was overbid by a significant margin! She was very responsive to my needs (especially when I was very nervous about the sale of my condominium) so I was not the easiest client to manage. Overall a very pleasant and profitable experience with Kristie.
