Stephanie was very personable right from the start at the Open House. She took time with each person who came through the door and was very accommodating. Throughout the whole process she was helpful in finding professionals to assist with inspections, cost estimates, and even closing procedures. Whenever I had a question, she was responsive and thorough and if she was unsure she let me know the truth and followed up with answers. She is an all around good person to have on your side. The only challenge was in timing of the purchase and weather change that items that were to have been removed from the property have not but she has continued to keep contact and work toward getting it done when weather permits.
