I needed to sell my mom's house in Watervliet, NY and I live in Chicago. Coty held our hand throughout the process. We unfortunately had two buyers fall through on the financing aspect so it took longer than expected and there were things that needed to be fixed in the house before lenders would approve, but in the end, the deal was done.
