Coty Leah Demers

Always answer your calls asap and follow up with any questions or concerns you have. Knew a lot about the purchasing market and negotiated well

I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service Cody provided. She went above an beyond throughout the entire process, she was professional, attentive, and truly made the sale of my property Seamless. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy real estate professional.

I needed to sell my mom's house in Watervliet, NY and I live in Chicago. Coty held our hand throughout the process. We unfortunately had two buyers fall through on the financing aspect so it took longer than expected and there were things that needed to be fixed in the house before lenders would approve, but in the end, the deal was done. There was also a lot of stuff that needed to be gotten rid of after 55 years of living in that house. Coty found places that take clothing, furniture, food, etc. One stop shopping I guess. LOL Thank you so much Coty. If you need someone and you are local, call Coty. If you are on the other side of the planet, call Coty. You will not be disappointed!

Coty is hands down the best realtor around here, Her hustle never stops. I’ve never had a realtor go above and beyond like she has. I will never use anyone else. Thank you so much!!!
