Selling a house when you are several states away, in the middle of a pandemic is not the ideal situation, but Cindy made it as easy as possible for us. Our house was occupied by tenants, and Cindy even assisted them in finding a new place to live so that we could get our property on the market while vacant. She reassured me several times during the process when my anxiety was through the roof, and she was a steady, reliable, knowledgeable presence throughout the whole process. She then was excellent at negotiating items that came up during inspection and she kept us notified as we moved through the process between going under contract until the day we closed.
