My husband and I recently worked with Tianni to purchase our first home. We knew zero about the process and going into our search we were still unclear about the exact location we wanted as well as type of home. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Tianni. Not only did she expertly guide us through the process but she helped us think through the pros/cons of each house we saw and had a great eye for quality. She never pressured us and was always willing to answer our questions, whether by phone, e-mail, or text. We closed very quickly and Tianni negotiated on our behalf on a few different occasions when issues came up with the seller. I recently used Tanya's services to sell a house for a person who passed away and the house's deed was in the name of the deceased's trust. Tanya went way and above my expectations for this particular house sale. She really helped us navigate through a difficult time. The deceased's house had good bones but needed a lot of work, decluttering (the homeowner kept a lot of stuff!), an unfinished basement and outdated (over 30 years old) kitchen, bathrooms, and appliances (stove and refrigerator went missing after family got what they wanted). Tanya oversaw the work that was needed in preparing the house for sale by being onsite for our 3rd party contractors. She provided us with great comps in the area to establish a sales price. We were pleased with her research and sold the house above the minimum we wanted for the house and quickly with a reliable buyer that she vetted as well. Closing was done within 45 days of the listing the property for sale. Tanya was present as closing to make sure the process went smoothly. I highly recommend her!
