When I purchased my first home, my mother was the agent. ND is my first purchase with someone that wasn't family. When she came to me to look at my house, she had all the comps for the area, explained why the timing to sell optimal and so much more information. When I say she kept me sane, I mean it. The first contract on my house was a mess. Nikki was right there with me, keeping me informed and keeping my involved with the process as much as necessary. Nikki and her team let me know when I needed to let go of that first contract and move on. The second contract was the one. I had to fix somethings in the house and Nikki put me in contact with the right vendors for the job. Nikki is the agent for you if you need someone you can trust. Her strong work ethic, understanding of the market and her business contacts made this process flow even when things got tough. If you pick her, she will get your house sold at the best price.
