Cody Joy was an all-star realtor for our first-time home purchase! We met Cody by chance through an open house over a year ago! He was patient but persistent that when we were ready to dive into the search he would be ready! He kept us updated on the market and homes that we might like and was always flexible in getting back to us scheduling showings around our hectic work schedules! When we found "the one" Cody helped us to craft the best competitive offer as well as gathering a stellar team of Title Company, Home Inspector, and multiple recommendations for lenders. He was a true "Joy" to work with and an all-around great guy! He got us in our home for the holidays and we are forever thankful!
