Vernel made this process so smooth. I was actually looking to buy a lot near the one we closed on. He told me, the one you’re looking at is overpriced and has wetlands on it. He sent me the lot we purchased and it was two acres and a much better price. I’m so excited to start to build our forever home here.

Yvette has bought and sold for us several times now and each time I see why she keeps her clients coming back. She doesn't miss a thing and is always trying to get the best deal. This time, everything came together pretty fast. She came out and put up the sign, the next day we had someone interested and closed in a few weeks. She was able to help us with this sale even though she doesn't live in my county and said she can help us find a home in the mountains when it's time, even though the home won't be in FL. I found this to be a great experience and will likely use her service again.

Tammi made this process extremely easy. She was always available to answer questions or talk me through things. She was very reassuring and knowledgeable about the area, the process, and all things dealing with the market. I highly recommend her as your agent... she is on your side 100% and will get you what you deserve! Thank you for everything, Tammi!
