Excellent work! We really appreciate Mr. Wise and his team.

Just wanted to take a moment to leave a review for the best, and that in it self is an understatement. Orbis helped me purchase my first home and I would never forget how much he helped me. Orbis found me a home that i loved for the price i wanted in the neighborhood i wanted. Now as it was my first purchase there were alot of questions and anxiety. Orbis made me feel safe and relaxed. I literally spoke to him about twice a day if not more everyday for a little over a month through the whole process with questions concerns because it was an fha loan so if you know about fha it's not easy. But I never doubted Orbis he told me I am going to make this happen for you. At one point there was a repair that needed to be done he took his own money paid for it and and said you can just reimburse me at closing a 1250 dollar job also he paid for reinspection and didnt ask for a thing. After a month of talking multiple times a day I have not only found a realtor for life but a friend and brother through Christ for ever. He's the best and if you dont believe me try him out. You wont be disappointed I guarantee it.

Lisa was very professional, hard working and really took into consideration what I desired in a property. She listened to what I wanted, looked in many locations, vetted every property I was interested in, gave her unbiased opinion and met me promptly to look at multiple properties. She communicated with me daily and responded promptly to all of my emails, texts and phone calls. Even after I had a purchase and sales agreement, she found new information, at her own initiative, which saved me from buying a property that would not benefit me. She could have just let the sale go through and collected her commission, but she was looking our for me! I highly recommend Lisa.

Jessica demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism, making the entire experience smooth and significantly less stressful for me. Her dedication did not end at the closing; she has continued to prioritize ensuring that everything is in order with my new home post-purchase. I have no words to express my profound gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Jessica and her team- specially to Brandy- throughout the process of purchasing my new home.
