Andrea was our agent selling our beach house in Hull this past June. She was extremely efficient in getting great photographs of the property and getting it quickly on the market. She was responsible throughout the selling process and easy to deal with.

Kristin is a definite to have on your side when you are looking for your dream home. She is very patient and listens to what you are looking for. Kristin takes the edge off of a stressful situation. I will definitely request her again when I decide to buy again.

Paul and Lorraine were fantastic to work with. We started working together last September and found my first home by January. There was great communication throughout the whole process and they were readily available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Kathleen Conway has got to be the kindest amd most helpful agent around. Anyone would be lucky enough to have her on your side. She is always ready with any questions you may have, and organized to boot. Highly recommended, and I will surely be working with her when I am ready to buy again!

I had the privilege of working with Chris to sell my parent's home (my childhood home). This was very emotional but Chris was so supportive and 100% dedicated in helping me sell the property on the terms I was comfortable with. I live out-of-state, but that made no difference because his communication was top notch. Between phone calls and texts I was up-to-date with everything going on. Chris is very professional, hard working and honest. His knowledge of the housing market was right on. Our house was on the market for four days with six offers, all over the asking price. I can't thank Chris enough. If you are looking for a realtor with all these qualities, I highly suggest you call Chris McDonnell!
