When I began the process of searching for a home I was completely overwhelmed. I contacted Alissa Charles to help me on my home buying journey. I explained to her what I was looking for, what I was approved for, what I actually wanted to pay, and how I was feeling about embarking on this journey. Alissa told me not to worry, that she was going to find me the home that I wanted and she would be with me every step of the way. She spoke the truth. She spent numerous weekends with me going from open house to open house and never pressured me to make a decision. One day, we had finished going to our open houses and we stopped at a house that was not on our radar. That house turned out to be my home!! It didn't end there, whenever I had a question, she was a wealth of information. She would always respond to me and answer any questions that I had, even when my Lenders wouldn't. I can't say enough about Alissa. I would just say that if you, or someone that you know, are going to embark on the home buying journey, I would contact Alissa. She definitely will not disappoint you, she will listen to you, and she will help find you a home that you truly love.
