We do not typically write reviews. However, if anyone deserves a review for exemplary service it is our real estate agent, Desiree Pointer. We choose Desiree to sell our home in the sierra mountains because of her outgoing, friendly and positive attitude. Our home sold quickly, predominately due to her marketing skills. The escrow, however, was another story. The 30-day closing turned into 50. With multiple challenges, Desiree was indispensable. She anticipated problems and always had our best intresest in mind. Most important, she kept us informed; minimizing the stress. Having sold and purchased multiple homes over the years, we found Desiree to be unique amongst real estate agents. We have never enjoyed the home selling process, but her personality and skill made it bearable. Without question, she is the most honest and professional agent we have had the privilege to work with. She is ALWAYS open and upfront. She ALWAYS responds promptly to calls, texts, and emails. And, you ALWAYS know she has your best interests in mind. We usually have seen the relationship with an agent as a necessary evil. Desiree, on the otherhand, proved it can be a necessary benefit.
