We do not typically write reviews. However, if anyone deserves a review for exemplary service it is our real estate agent, Desiree Pointer. We choose Desiree to sell our home in the sierra mountains because of her outgoing, friendly and positive attitude. Our home sold quickly, predominately due to her marketing skills. The escrow, however, was another story. The 30-day closing turned into 50. With multiple challenges, Desiree was indispensable. She anticipated problems and always had our best intresest in mind. Most important, she kept us informed; minimizing the stress. Having sold and purchased multiple homes over the years, we found Desiree to be unique amongst real estate agents. We have never enjoyed the home selling process, but her personality and skill made it bearable. Without question, she is the most honest and professional agent we have had the privilege to work with. She is ALWAYS open and upfront. She ALWAYS responds promptly to calls, texts, and emails. And, you ALWAYS know she has your best interests in mind. We usually have seen the relationship with an agent as a necessary evil. Desiree, on the otherhand, proved it can be a necessary benefit. We are now looking for our next home and we are comforted to know Desiree will be by our side.

Desirée is a warm, high-energy realtor with extensive knowledge of the Sacramento area. We were moving on short notice from out of state and needed to find a home quickly. Desirée listened carefully to our needs over the phone, asked lots of questions, and sent us potential listings so she could hear how we analyzed the properties. The following week, she spent 2 intensive days showing us more than a dozen properties in Fair Oaks, Folsom, Granite Bay, Rocklin, Roseville, and Lincoln. By the end of 2 days we were ready to make an offer! At every step, Desirée found answers to our questions and constantly sought out additional information on our behalf. She answered questions we didn’t even know we had! We were completely unfamiliar with the area, so it was a gift to work with Desirée. She has thorough knowledge and a deep appreciation for the area, and she provided key insights to help us narrow our search. Everywhere we went, Desirée seemed to know someone and worked seamlessly with other realtors and vendors. She went above and beyond at every step. We could not be happier in our new home in our beautiful new hometown. Desirée’s work made this transition smooth and exciting for our family. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Desiree did such an amazing job helping us find a home while relocating. She was patient and resourceful. Let me start by saying, WOW! I would give Desiree' 10 STARS if I could. She went well above and beyond what anyone could have asked for or expected. She had to deal with my ex and I during the sell and all the BS involved with a former couple. Desiree' sold us the house 7 years ago and she was amazing. So it was a no brainer to use her this time. Her strategy was amazing. We even got 5% more than the listing price. I only wish my vocabulary would permit me to better express how wonderful Desiree' really is!!!

Desiree not only helped us buy our home in Lincoln in 2016, but she also helped us sell it three years later after we had to relocate to another state.
