As first-time home buyers, the process of purchasing a home felt overwhelming at first — until we met Amanda. From our very first meeting, she brought a calm, confident presence and a deep knowledge of the market that immediately put us at ease. Amanda was incredibly patient, always making sure we understood every step of the process. She answered every question (and we had a lot!), explained all the paperwork clearly, and helped us make informed decisions without ever pushing us in a particular direction. She truly listened to what we were looking for and helped us refine our priorities. Amanda went above and beyond to schedule showings, often working around our hectic schedule, and she was always responsive, no matter the day or time. When we finally found the house, Amanda was a strong advocate during the negotiation process and helped us navigate inspections and closing with zero surprises. Her professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for her clients made all the difference. We are now settled into a home we love, and we know we couldn’t have done it without her. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly on your team — Amanda is the one. We can’t recommend her highly enough!
