When we interviewed Maria to represent us, I knew we had the right person and there was no reason to look further. Maria took time to thoroughly look over the home we were selling, made recommendations on improvements that would make the home more attractive to potential buyers and then researched the market for comparable homes to help us arrive at the right price. Upon completion of the improvements she had recommended and opening the home to potential buyers we had 3 solid offers within 3 days. We closed within 5 weeks of accepting the offer. Maria kept us informed throughout the process. We could not be more pleased with Maria Ashby.

Danielle was a pleasure to work with as our buyers agent. She knew what we were looking for in a house and sent over the perfect match in less than 24 hours of being listed. We immediately made an appointment to view and made an offer the same day. She helped us every step of the way and was always readily available with any questions we had. I Highly recommend Danielle for all of your buying or selling needs.
