I found my property the first day it was listed, and Laura toured it the next morning, got an offer ready, and had it accepted all within about 3 or 4 days. I bought the home sight unseen from California, so she walked through the entire property with me via WhatsApp several times throughout the process to show me everything in detail. It was an older home, so we asked for a few repairs, including the water heater, and she got everything negotiated.
