This was my first house and I needed lots of guidance. Melissa was respectful enough to let me decide if I wanted to choose her as my agent or not, but I knew from the beginning we'd work well together. She walked me through the process and fought hard for me for the things that mattered. She let me choose some places and she chose others to help me find other properties I didn't know about. She took me in as her own and taught me a lot about residential properties. I would definitely recommend Melissa to any buyer.

As soon as I contacted Tina to assist me with our home buying, she was immediately working on our behalf. We had a very short window to find a place during a time when the market was fierce. Tine ensured we got to see potential properties immediately and utilized her vast network of peers to assist us if she was tied up so we would not miss any opportunities. This was invaluable in us being able to find the right home in a short amount of time. Initially we were going to use another realtor in Maryland as it appeared that would be the likely area we would find a home. Once we discovered there was more availability in the York County area, we contacted Tina to assist. Tina did more in one day than the other realtor did in several weeks. Tina made the home buying experience much less stressful and continued to see us through the entire process flawlessly. He great personality and genuine dedication to her profession was evident throughout the process. I must have called her a hundred times to ask questions or to arrange a showing and she was always responsive and timely. It had been a long time since I bought a home and really did not know what to expect. I certainly did not expect the great personalized service we received. Tina and her faithful assistant were always there to reassure us and educate us on many topics involved in our resolve to get a move in ready and solid home. We are proud to say it was a great success! Not only did we have a great experience, we gained new friends along the way. We cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend Tina and her team to anyone considering a purchase in the near future.

Steve was prompt and courteous. He got me a buyer quickly and responded quickly to any of my questions. Highly recommend.
